BMW of North America recently highlighted 32 of its 338 franchise dealers nationwide and designated each store that captured the 2011 Center of Excellence.
The automaker notes that these stores were chosen based on high customer satisfaction, outstanding brand representation and operational excellence. The company believes these dealers recognize the benefits of continuously improving the business processes and focusing on top-tier customer service.
“The Center of Excellence program rewards the BMW dealers who excel in their business…” explained Peter Miles, Executive Vice President of Operations for BMW of North America.
“This year’s 32 winners are the ultimate performers who represent the best of the BMW brand, and we are proud to have them representing the brand,” Miles added.
It should be noted that Daniels BMW won the BMW Center of Excellence Award for the 12th time. This is more times than any other BMW Center in the United States, making it the “Most Celebrated BMW Center in the Nation”.
